I'm a country born and bred Aussie girl who has had a wonderful life, an uneventful childhood, followed by an interesting work life, changing careers several times from a Secretary/PA to a Restaurant and F&B Manager to a National Conference and Events Manger, onto Accommodation and Event Sales travelling from all over Queensland to the NT and finally, here we are - Clinical Hypnotherapist, Energy Healer, Coach and Counsellor. I'm starting to need a nap just reading that.....
I’m here to help you transform everything you currently know and make the second chapter of your life the best it could possibly be to an amazing level of love, laughter and all your desires rolled into one!!

Why "The Smart Woman's Therapist". I've dealt with many women over my years and the ones who have been seeking out my services have realised that they can take advantage of counselling, coaching, energy healing and hypnotherapy in every session they have with me - NOW THAT'S SMART!!
A few times, not that many, I have been asked to prove that I've been trained and actually know what I'm doing - and fair enough too. If someone is going to trust me with their subconscious mind, I had better know what the hell I'm doing, don't you agree?
So for those of you who find this important, I have taken out the "Three Best Rated" Award for my business in the Rockhampton area for the last 5 years, was awarded a Quality Business Awards in 2023 and in 2024 have taken out an International Award for Excellence in Women's Health through a UK Company - Global Health & Pharma.
I'm very proud of what I've achieved, however, my job satisfaction comes from watching the transformation of women as they gradually let go of everything which has been affecting their life and move forward into the most amazing part of their life where they get to find who they really are deep down and enjoy the complete happiness and joy that follows - THAT is what it's all about!!

I launched this journey with hypnotherapy after a very long life in the corporate world because I wanted a less stressful life with more balance where I could help people change their lives for the better.
Through my work, I’ve been able to deliver results that matter—a client who stopped drinking permanently after 2 sessions, another who stopped all her medication and a number of women who released their anger episodes and saved their family life and relationships within 30-90 days - and there's so much more....
Now, I want to help MORE women on a larger scale and I can now do that with the creation of my Community - "The G-Spot" which will be a hive of activity, fun and connection. I have -
